Our client had purchased an exceptional small hotel and pub, they wished to gain accolades and raise the asset value, we put in a full new team including a well known head chef and industry leading general manager, working in conjunction with the owner we developed the business to a point where is was reviewed across multiple medias as the best newcomer in the UK. We then assisted the owner to sell the property off market and move on to other projects.

We are working on several large Luxury Lifestyle Restaurant and Retail developments where large investment is being made on the infrastructure and re development of leading cities in the KSA.
